(2) New Messages! (1).mp4 |TOP|

I recorded a video on my iPhone XR (iOS 13.4.1, default video settings) and transferred it to my Mac (Mac OS 10.15.4) to open it with Tracker (version 5.1.4). Tracker will not open the video. It gives a "Video could not be opened" message. Looking at the video information in Quicktime, the video has a .MOV extension and is encoded in HEVC (8-bit) format. If i use Quicktime Player to export the video in 1080p format, the result is a video with a .mov extension encoded in H.264 format. Tracker can open this one. If I use Handbrake to transcode the original video with a constant frame rate, I get a file with an .mp4 extension that is encoded in H.264 format. Tracker can open this file as well.I can successfully transcode and open iPhone videos, but I think my students will have difficulty with these extra steps. Is there any way to get Tracker to open the original iPhone video files that seem to be encoded with HEVC by default?

Unfortunately, if the Xuggle video engine is unable to open the original video there's nothing I can do about it at this point :-( Doug> Re: Problem uploading video> > I recorded a video on my iPhone XR (iOS 13.4.1, default> video settings) and transferred it to my Mac (Mac> OS 10.15.4) to open it with Tracker (version 5.1.4).> Tracker will not open the video. MPEG-4 is an International Standards Organization (ISO) specification that covers many aspects of multimedia presentation including compression, authoring and delivery. Although video compression and file container definition are two separate and independent entities of the MPEG-4 specification, many people incorrectly believe that the two are interchangeable. You can implement only portions of the MPEG-4 specification and remain compliant with the standard. The MPEG-4 file format, as defined by the MPEG-4 specification, contains MPEG-4 encoded video and Advanced Audio Coding (AAC)-encoded audio content. It typically uses the .mp4 extension. Windows Media Player does not support the playback of the .mp4 file format. You can play back .mp4 media files in Windows Media Player when you install DirectShow-compatible MPEG-4 decoder packs. DirectShow-compatible MPEG-4 decoder packs include the Ligos LSX-MPEG Player and the EnvivioTV.For more information about the Ligos LSX-MPEG Player, visit the following Ligos Web site:

I'm facing some issues with the dropbox these two days and have no idea what triggered it. Could anyone help in advising please? My Mov files and mp4 files wouldn't run for long. They run for less than 15 seconds and would snap with the following message: ".mp4 files are supported but something went wrong". I have tried everything - using different browser, closing it down and restarting, clearing cache and browsing history etc. Nothing works!

The above dir command will list your files and directories, along file sizes in bytes, and you should see all of them in the list (e.g. ffmpeg.exe, recover_mp4.exe, your good.mp4 and bad.mp4 files and so on). From there, you should follow up tutorial exactly as in the video.

Answer: Unfortunately, this file is, indeed, non-repairable because there is NOTHING to repair! If you open your bad.mp4 video file with a HEX Editor (low-level file utility that reads all files in their true binary formats), you will see that except maybe the header, entire file is filled with 0 bytes. This means that either there was a storage recovery error, copy-paste error, and that the actual file content is permanently lost on the storage medium. Your only hope, if the file was previously accidentally deleted, is to use another scan and recovery tool, that might recover it properly.

Is the file 1.mp4 small in size? Does it have any meaningful size in the first place? You may have to recover it properly with some other undelete or video recovery tool first, see my other replies and suggestions.

In some cases, tool will generate a lot of warnings, but the end recovered.h264 or recovered.mp4 files will be actually fixed / playable! You must test them in your media player (VLC or MPC HC are recommended). I have fixed several such videos, and they were fine, despite the warnings.

While iTunes might be the only official way to transfer MP4 from computer to iPhone, it is not intuitive and convenient enough. Plus, when you use the sync feature on iTunes, there is a chance that your iPhone will lose data because iTunes will erase all un-selected items even they are existing on your iPhone before syncing. In such circumstance, you may need an iTunes alternative. By far, Leawo iTransfer is probably the best solution you can search for. Bypassing iTunes, this software can easily and rapidly transfer up to 12 kinds of files between iOS devices, computer and iTunes, including videos, photos, messages, contacts, and more. To transfer MP4 to iPhone without iTunes but this iTunes alternative, follow these detailed steps.

just updated from 15.0.0 to 15.0.3. When I add a stock media .mp4 file from the in-program downloader I get a message that says "Wirecast was unable to open the media. It is not a type that Wirecast can import."

Step 2. Enter your email address and click the Start Repairing button to instantly start the repair. Here, you must make sure the entered email address is valid to send and receive email messages over the Internet. EaseUS VideoRepair will send you a confidential extraction code to the provided email address. You can only download the repaired video by applying the code you received.

I recreated your situation (as best I could) on this computer after I watched your video. I downloaded the same version of ffmpeg (don't know about build, since I am limited to using the 32 bit version), copied the executable from the bin folder into the main one, put an mp4 file called "video.mp4" in there, and used your exact command line parameters, minus the absolute path...

Here, you are using the concat command to read the list of video files that you created (fileList.txt) and copy the individual files in that order into an output file called mergedVideo.mp4. Remember, you are not re-encoding in this commandline because you are using the copy command.

Next, we use the filter_complex filtergraph parameter to instruct FFmpeg from where to take the audio and video. [0:v][0:a] means FFmpeg needs to take the video and audio from the 0th video (file1.mp4). Then, you tell FFmpeg to concat three files (n=3). The v=1:a=1 implies that there is one stream for the audio and one stream for the video.

So I've noticed how some video files are able to be played back in Firefox. Some are not able to what so ever, for example I've created a text video using this FFPMEG command: ffmpeg -f lavfi -i testsrc=duration=10:size=1280x720:rate=30 testsrc.mp4

which created the following file: Both the uploaded version and the local .mp4 are unable to be played back in Firefox. However opening them up in edge chromium both files play back perfectly. Besides Edge I've also confirmed it plays back nicely in MPV. 041b061a72
